We are proud to offer you our luxury beach cottage located just East of Seaside, FL. Built in 2006.

The villa is located just 100 yards to your private beach access and the on site swimming pool. Relax on one of two huge private porches, one just off the owners suite. The other is a screened in porch off the great room.  This hideaway is nestled Between Seaside and Rosemary Beach.

The following quality products are featured in the home: Nine foot smooth ceilings throughout, Kohler fixtures throughout, hardwood floors in the great room, kitchen, and bedrooms, tile in all the bath's, granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances in the kitchen, bead board in the bathrooms.  Exterior showers to wash the sand off before you enter the home. The exterior is made of Hardi Plank. This is a cement board that has the appearance of wood.
