Our brand new 3400 square foot 4 bedroom 4.5 bath Watersound beach home in the Wind Rose neighborhood is the perfect vacation retreat. This 4 story home has awesome beach views and is only a 6-8 minute walk to the ocean. Enjoy the privacy of this gated community on the south side of 30A.
Great Room:
The great room has a 42 inch high def LCD tv and surround. After a day at the beach come back and enjoy a cook out.
Kitchen:
The kitchen is fully equipped with granite counter tops and high end appliances. Subzero refrigerator, Wolf gas oven, and Bosch dishwasher. The laundry room also has an Asko Washer and Dryer.
The Bedrooms have:
3 King Bedrooms
1 bunk bedroom with two sets of bunks.
All bedrooms will have LCD T.V.'s. including a 37 inch HD in one of the owners suites. Each bedroom also has their own private bath.

The home is just a 6-8 minute walk to the beach and a short 3-4 bike ride(Bikes provided in rental)
