The WaterColor Community is located in the Florida Panhandle on the Gulf of Mexico. Situated between the resort towns of Destin and Seaside, between the larger cities of Pensacola and Panama City.

This brand new 3300 square foot 5 bedroom 5.5 bath home will be ready for rental in Nov 2007. It has all the amenities you would want on vacation.

The main home has 2800 square feet with 4 bedroom and 4.5 baths. The home has outstanding workmanship and attention to detail. A lot of woodwork on the walls and ceiling.
Great Room:
The great room has a 35 inch high def LCD tv and surround. Off the kitchen and great room you will find a screened in porch looking out to the forest. After a day at the beach come back and enjoy a cook out.

Kitchen:
The kitchen is fully equipped with granite counter tops and high end appliances. Subzero refrigerator, Wolf gas oven, and Bosch dishwasher. The laundry room also has a Bosch Washer and Dryer.

1 bunks beds
Bunk room with the bottom being a full and the top being a twin. Each bedroom has a door to a porch or private balcony.
Also all bedrooms will have LCD T.V.'s. and their own private bath.

The carriage home (view design) is a 1 bedroom 1 bath and is 525 square feet. All hardwood floors and the kitchen has granite and Kitchen aid stainless steel appliances.

Watercolor Community
You could not ask for a better location in Watercolor. Just a 1 minute walk to the pool. A short stroll to Camp WaterColor or the tennis center. The walk to the beach club and the beach is about 10 minutes.

While you are in WaterColor make sure you enjoy many of the amenities and restaurants. Here are a few:
1. Fish Out of Water- World class fine dining overlooking the the beautiful Gulf.
2. The Baithouse Restaurant: Casual, family-style dining restaurant located about a 2 minute walk away at the Marina Complex
3. The Beach Club & Grill is where you can enjoy lunch or drinks while you enjoy the pool and beach.
4. WaterColor Makret has great sandwiches, pizza, and ice cream. There is also a Starbucks adjoined to the market.
5. One of the nicest tennis centers in the United States. Improve your game on one of the 8 clay courts.
6. The WaterColor Workout fitness center. Stay in shape while on vacation!!
7. The most beautiful beach in America!!! How could we forget.
